What services do you offer?
One Bite Bliss offers charcuterie carts, individual and sharing platters, canapé selections and dessert boards for private, corporate and community events. All menus can be tailored to suit your event.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and larger events. However, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability — please get in touch to check.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, minimum orders apply and vary depending on the service selected (cart, platters or canapés). This helps us maintain quality and service standards.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We can accommodate vegetarian, halal-friendly and other dietary preferences. Please let us know your requirements when enquiring so we can advise on suitable options.
Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
We are UK-based and serve local and surrounding areas. Delivery and travel fees are calculated based on distance from our base and will be clearly confirmed before booking.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on number of guests, selected menu, event type and location. All quotes are bespoke, and there are no hidden costs — everything will be outlined clearly in your quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Full payment details will be included in your booking confirmation.
Do you provide staff with the charcuterie cart?
Yes. Our charcuterie cart can be booked with or without a server, depending on your event needs. We are happy to advise on the best option for your setup.
How long does the charcuterie cart stay at an event?
Standard service time is typically 2–3 hours, but this can be extended if required. Service duration will be agreed in advance.
Can menus be customised?
Yes — all menus can be tailored to your event, guest numbers and preferences. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, just ask.
What equipment do you provide?
For cart bookings, we provide the fully styled charcuterie cart, serving boards, utensils and presentation items. For platters, everything arrives ready to serve.
Do you offer dessert boards?
Yes. We offer dessert platters and individual dessert boards, perfect as a sweet addition or standalone option.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your booking terms. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will always aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
